Q. Is there a curfew?
A. No. When you check in, we give you room key and door key. So you can come and go in anytimes.
However we turn off the lights off and rock the door at 9:00PM for security. Please keep quiet after that.
Q. Can you keep my luggage before check-in or after check out?
A. Yes. We can keep your luggage during reception open hours. (9AM-11AM, 4PM-9PM)
Q. Can I use Internet?
A. Yes. There are two PC in common room. It costs 100yen/20min.
If you have your PC, you can use for free by wireless LAN.
Q. Can I rent a bicycle?
A. Yes. We lend 1000yen/day/person. We accept in the order of arrival at the reception.
Q. Is there a smoking space?
A. No. Our Guest house is completely non-smoking.
There is no smoking area inside and in front of our guest house.
The district strictly prohibits smoking near Tomato Guesthouse
(Shimizu-Chonaikai) regulations. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. Do you provide some meals?
A. No. But we have a kitchen. There are cooking utensils, dishes, a microwave oven and others. You can cook yourself. After cooking, please clean up for other guests.
Q. Do you have a shower room?
A. Yes, we have two shower rooms. You can use 24hours for free.
Also, there are some public bathhouses nearby. Please ask staff.
Q. Do you provide towels?
A. No. Please have yours.
Q. Can you tell me capacity of room?
A. Yes. In dormitory it is 4persons. In private room it is 3persons.
Q. Do you have a room with bath and toilet?
A. No. There are common shower rooms and toilet.
Q. Is there any public bathhouse (sento) nearby?
A. Yes, there is two-bathhouses.10min walk from our hostel.
Q. Is there any convenience store or supermarket?
A. Yes. 5min walk from our hostel.
Q. Can I pay by credit card?
A. No. I’m afraid we don’t accept credit cards.
Our guesthouse is a prepayment system with cash.
When you check in, please pay total room charge in cash.
Q. Can I stay with my children?
A. Yes, we do not have child charge. Please pay adult charge.
However we can’t accept under 3years old baby and toddler.
Q. Can you tell me your cancellation policy?
A. Yes. The day before your check-in: No charge
The day of your check-in: 100 percent of room charges
If you cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 1 day
before your check-in date.
